You would contact the manufacturer of the product directly. This contact data is on the cover of your manual or in your warranty information in this same manual.

What is your Return Policy?

All items sold by FitnessLyceum.com come with a 60 Day Money Back Guarantee. If you cancel before dispatch you will receive a FULL refund but please be advised that it is too late to cancel an order once it has been dispatched.

Before any item is returned you must first contact FitnessLyceum.com by email at customerservice@fitnesslyceum.com and you will then be issued a return authorization number. If an item is returned without a return authorization number, no refund will be issued.

If an item has already been shipped then you will be responsible for return shipping costs and insurance – unless items are found to be damaged upon delivery, in which case you will not be liable for return shipping costs. Please read our Return Policy page for full details.

When will my order ship?

Shipping times vary on products. However, we would be confident of dispatching over 99% of in-stock items within 3 – 5 business days. If you do not receive within this time-frame an email notification from us of your shipping details, please contact us at customerservice@fitnesslyceum.com and we will promptly investigate and advise of shipping times.

If the shipping time is delayed you do have the choice of cancelling your order and receive a full refund. All items are shipped by reputable, nation-wide carriers and, upon shipment you will be emailed a tracking number so that you can find out exact delivery time of your item. How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order is shipped we will send you an email with the tracking ID of your courier. You can then keep track of your order by simply entering in your tracking ID on the courier's website.

How can I place my order?

You may place an order online or by phone. When you place an order by phone our agents will ask you for your credit card details and will confirm whether or not payment has been accepted. Placing an order online or by phone is secure. We use Athorize.net, one of America’s most trusted online payment gateways. We never keep your credit card details on our website; your credit card details are passed directly to Authorize.net.

Is your website secure?

Yes, absolutely. The Verisign badge you see displayed throughout our website and at checkout confirms that our website is legitimate and that we are who we say we are. Finally, all credit card payments are handled using PayPal.com – one of the World’s largest and most trusted payment companies. Your credit card details are not stored on our site but are passed through to PayPal.com at time of payment.

Can I really return my item until 60 days after purchase?

How do I return an item?

Before returning your purchase you must first email customerservice@fitnesslyceum.com. Upon receipt, you will be issued a return authorization number. If the item arrived damaged you are not liable for return shipping costs and insurance; you may be asked to provide proof of damage. Can I place an order with different billing and shipping addresses?

Absolutely, as long as both are inside the 48 continental states (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). Please read our Shipping page for full details.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii or any of the US territories and protectorates?

Unfortunately we do not ship outside of 48 contiguous states. Also, we are unable to ship large items to rural routes, remote areas not in close proximity to areas commonly serviced by freight carriers, APO/FPO addresses, P.O. Boxes. Please read our Shipping page for full details.

You state curb side delivery in your shipping guide. What is this exactly?

Most large items will be delivered only to the nearest ground-level entrance of your home, business, or residence. Exceptions include apartments, unusual driveways, or any other obstacles which may impede delivery. Some freight carriers may be able to carry your item into a specific room or up stairs for an additional fee. Please read our Shipping page for full details.

Do you really NOT charge sales tax?

We do NOT charge sales tax. And, there’s no additional shipping or handling fees. The price you see is the price you pay!
